The hotel's location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and caring, making our trip special. The food at the hotel was great. The rooms were excellently maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the interconnecting rooms for our daughters.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Francesco and his team, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary transport in the Maserati. The location was perfect, with Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and Kensington High Street Tube station nearby. The breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel provided free parking as well.

Not one thing.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly the concierge team, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly attentive and kind, taking the time to address all my needs, including those for my dog. The hotel's location next to Kensington Gardens was ideal, allowing for beautiful walks and easy access to nature. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the spa, were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with perfectly poached eggs and crispy bacon. The staff's service was unmatched, providing excellent assistance and making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and courteous, making us feel so special. They even upgraded our room and surprised us with cake and bubbles for our family celebration. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The hotel's location near Hyde Park was perfect for us, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. We can't recommend this hotel enough!
