We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were competent, lovely, and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. They made everything easy for us, from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were cozy and always clean. The ample lighting in the room was a plus. The location was perfect for exploring this city, as it was within walking distance of popular shopping destinations like Oxford Street and Bond Street. There were also plenty of local restaurants and bars nearby, giving us a wide range of dining options.

Nothing at all.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's easy to walk to Bond Street tube station and Hyde Park and Green Park. I loved that it's very close to Oxford Street, but still quiet. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with Marylebone High Street just around the corner and Oxford and Regent Street in easy walking distance. Additionally, it only takes 1 minute to get to Marylebone High Street from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel had a charming country house feel and offered a real log fire in the reception hall. The dining room was beautifully mahogany panelled. The breakfast menu was diverse, offering both traditional options and more modern choices like avocado and poached egg on seeded toast and smoothies. The staff, especially the guy in the restaurant, were friendly and fun, providing great service. The location was convenient and perfect for shopping, with easy access to cafes and restaurants. The hotel also had a calm and quiet atmosphere.
