The hotel's location was perfect, right by the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park and directly opposite the Lancaster Gate tube station. It was so convenient to travel around London, and within a 10-minute walk to Marble Arch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sandya at the reception who made our Wedding Anniversary stay extra special. The room was spacious and clean, and the continental breakfast had a great selection of pastries, cereal, and Greek yogurt.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the underground station and right at the entrance to Hyde Park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and friendly.

No issues.

This hotel has a convenient location, just across the road from Hyde Park and 2 minutes from Lancaster Gate tube station. The streets around it are pleasant to walk in, with nice restaurants nearby. The transportation options are excellent, with buses stopping right outside the hotel and easy access to the underground. The room we stayed in was warm, spacious, and clean. The bathroom, although basic, had a good shower over the bath. We also appreciated the fact that there wasn't much noise to disturb us overnight.

Can't fault anything about it.
