I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Sheldon square. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room and hotel facilities well-maintained. The breakfast spread was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Moreover, the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with a lovely spacious room and a good shower. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool which was a lovely bonus. The location was perfect, close to Paddington station and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from the efficient reception staff to the kind and attentive bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast was also of very good quality and great value for money.

No negatives from this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were warmly welcomed every time we returned from our outings and they even made a hot drink for our child at no extra cost. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Paddington Basin, Hyde Park, and other central areas of this city. We loved the pool area, especially the fact that kids were allowed to use the sauna and steam room. The rooms were clean and well laid out, with separate sofa beds for the kids and a comfortable room for us adults. The fact that we could have interconnecting rooms made our family-friendly break even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the late 5pm checkout, which was an option on Sundays when the hotel wasn't busy.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
