The rooms were spacious and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel was incredibly central, with easy access to public transportation and many popular attractions. We enjoyed the rooftop Japanese restaurant and its stunning views. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities.

The hotel was very clean and stylish, with modern facilities in a small kitchen area. Its location was excellent, being close to public transport with Covent Garden Levite's square and the National Museum just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering excellent customer service. The breakfast provided was continental and brought directly to our room, making it a convenient start to the day.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of chaos, close to all the attractions and the Tube. It was so convenient for us to explore the city, attend a theater show in the West End, and visit various museums and shops. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo were a nice touch.

It was all superb.
