This hotel is a gem - closer to a 4-star than a 3. The location is fantastic, with easy walking distance to many central London attractions and Underground stations. Situated in the heart of Nothing Hill, it's a short walk to Hyde Park and even the Princess Diana Memorial Playground. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impeccable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of continental options. The staff provided excellent customer service and were able to accommodate all of my requests.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The location was excellent, in the heart of the city, close to transportation and lively areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and good amenities.

The bathroom was small and inconvenient, with limited space for movement and poor quality soap and shampoo. The room size was too small and the door lock was malfunctioning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The location was superb, being close to two subway stations and just a short walk away from Kensington Palace and the beautiful park. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, which offered quality and quantity of food at a convenient price. The hotel was situated on a quiet Edwardian Square, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere after 11 pm. Additionally, there were nice restaurants nearby and a great playground for children in the vicinity.

Nothing to fault.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus lanes and underground stations. It was also close to shopping areas and plenty of halal food options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided was a definite bonus, with a wide variety of choices available.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore this vibrant city. The Tube station was within walking distance, allowing me to easily get around. Additionally, there were plenty of halal restaurants near the hotel, which was a bonus for me. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
