I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Oxford Street and the Notting Hill Portobello road market. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was varied and provided a good start to the day.

The hotel was conveniently located near the tube station and train, making it easy to explore the city. It was also really close to Hyde Park, which was a bonus. The room was clean and tidy, with nice decor. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, being only a 5-minute walk from the metro station and really near Hyde Park. It was also close to some good pubs and shops. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate shower and toilet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, feeling like memory foam. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which had a lot of choices and even warm options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good information about the city and assisting us in arranging city tours.

The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of nearby options for dining, including a traditional pub, Chinese, Italian, Indian. The room was clean and well-equipped, with ample storage and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
