The best aspects of this hotel were its central location and cleanliness. Being within 10 minutes' walk to various transportation options made it convenient for exploring this city. The hotel's cleanliness provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington and two underground stations, making it easy to get around this city. There are also some good restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always ready to assist.

Nothing to complain about here.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from both Paddington and Lancaster Underground stations. We loved being able to explore the beautiful Kensington Gardens, which were just a stone's throw away. The room was impressively clean and modern, exceeding our expectations. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond by giving us a bigger room with an additional bed for our daughter, even though we only paid for a double room.
