The hotel's location within walking distance from Paddington Station-tube and trains, as well as both Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom, which were nearly brand new and well-maintained. The delicious breakfast options and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, with both Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations very close by. The staff on the front desk were friendly and polite, and they even accommodated my request for a ground floor room due to my mobility issues. The room itself was warm and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is very close to Paddington Station and all of the cafés and restaurants. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was convenient for exploring this city. The location is great, as Hyde Park is just a few blocks away as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.
