The location was perfect, right on top of the Lancaster Gate tube station, directly across the street from Hyde Park, and just a few blocks from Paddington/Heathrow Express. We loved being able to easily access transportation and enjoy the beautiful parks. The view of Hyde Park from the restaurant was stunning. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Can't fault the property in any way.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, always willing to help out wherever they could. The plump waiter at the front desk was enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel was great, with Lancaster Gate underground station just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. In addition, Hyde Park was conveniently located across the street, and Paddington Station was only a 7-minute walk away. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with housekeeping checking our room every evening. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had one of the best night's sleep we've ever had.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was exceptional. The views of Hyde Park were absolutely stunning and it was such a treat to be able to walk through the park to get to Knightsbridge. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed.

The hotel was conveniently located right by Lancaster Gate tube station. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the in-house Thai restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Central Line, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
