The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location close to central bus station, central tourist sights, and public transport.
Nothing to complain about at all.
The location was fantastic, within walking distance of theaters, Covent Garden, and Waterloo Bridge. I even walked to Her Majesty's theatre to see Phantom of the Opera, which was just a few minutes away. The hotel was also close to the Opera House, making it convenient for those attending shows. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an excellent shower, hairdryer, and iron available in our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and close to the Tube for those further away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to our day.
