Reasonable prices for the area.

A few past guests were dissatisfied with too soft beds.

Wi-Fi was very poor for such a hotel.

The hotel staff, including Otto, Kosta, and Alessio, provided excellent service. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. Located in a lovely area, close to transportation and attractions. Breakfast and staff were fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From check-in to the Brasserie, we were constantly looked after. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities, including the spa treatments, were top-notch. The location was perfect for us, as it was near the shopping area and within walking distance of Oxford Street. We also appreciated the convenience of the Guest Lounge, where we could relax between our activities. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For us, it was ideal.

Cleanliness and excellent in-room food quality, with speedy service. The hotel facilities are trendy with a continental cafe-style. The hotel staff, especially Malachy, are very helpful. The location in a cute neighborhood is perfect, with easy access to transportation.

Could not be improved in any way.
