I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They even left a card and bottle of wine in the room for my boyfriend's birthday, which made it extra special. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of great places to eat nearby and close to the West End and Theatreland. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a mini kitchen area. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the USB power outlets were a convenient feature for charging our devices.

The location of this hotel is the best. It's right on The Strand and just a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and many other popular sightseeing spots. Plus, it's within a really short walking distance of all the bars and restaurants in Covent Garden, making it the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the vibrant nightlife in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable- right off Covent Garden, with three underground stations less than 5 minutes walk away. It was in the lower end of the price bracket for the Covent Garden area, which was great for what I wanted. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible to theatres and the bustling Covent Garden area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities in the room were excellent. I particularly loved the compact mini kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge, as well as the Brita water filter tap for clean drinking water directly from the faucet. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and asking about my stay. Their customer service was top-notch and they went above and beyond to assist me. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, right in the heart of Covent Garden and walking distance to so many major sites. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a small kitchen area and plenty of hanging space in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome throughout my stay.
