We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the recently renovated rooms were clean, quiet, and surprisingly warm. Despite the cold nights, we didn't need to use the air-conditioning. The hotel also had an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and free coffee refills. We highly recommend trying their dinner, which offers a mix of traditional and modern dishes at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for us, and the room was spacious enough with a good shower. We also appreciated the fact that there was no noise from the busy road outside, thanks to the secondary glazing. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to Tulse Hill station provided us with great transportation options.

We loved the large room with tea/coffee making facilities and the lovely bathroom with a great shower. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel's location, near the train station and with free parking, made it convenient for both public transportation and our purposes of driving around south London.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and tastefully decorated room that had air conditioning. The location was perfect for us as it was right next to the train station, making it very easy to access the busy city. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to our festival venue. The included breakfast had a full menu of choices and the on-site chef did a fantastic job. We also loved the charming garden restaurant, filled with beautiful flowers, which was a great place to hang out for drinks or a meal any time of the day.

The hotel was clean, with great facilities and free parking. It had a convenient location very close to the train station for visiting the city. We enjoyed a friendly receptionist, who gave us a table in the garden area on top of a traditional English pub. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful.
