We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. The location was amazing, with easy access to Buckingham Palace, theatre land, Southbank, and loads of restaurants. We were also conveniently close to Soho, Oxford Street, and Carnaby Street. The hotel provided great transportation options, with the strand, Leicester Square, and other popular spots just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and made use of the hotel facilities, including the bar and gym. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our holiday enjoyable.

The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Trafalgar Square, Nelson's Column, Embankment, and the London Eye. The hotel had good transportation links and was conveniently located near all the places we needed to visit. The breakfast was enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Salman at reception and the evening porter, were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for both business and holiday travelers, with easy access to rail and bus transport. I loved that I could get to Trafalgar Square or the River in under 1 minute, even in soaked trousers that needed to be dried urgently before going out for dinner. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were top-notch. Plus, the small kitchenette in my spacious room came in handy, especially the fridge for storing wine. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this hotel again when I return to this city.
