The room at the hotel was comfortable, clean, and stylish, with a beautiful chaise longue for relaxation. The bed was excellent, and the room had good lighting and a great selection of TV channels. The hotel also provided nice tea and tasty biscuits. The location was close to everything in this city, making it convenient for exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The architecture is absolutely stunning, especially the restored 'Gilbert Scott' restaurant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely spa to relax in and a great breakfast selection. The location, just a 2-minute walk from the Eurostar arrival, was incredibly convenient. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Melissa on reception who made our welcome extra special. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were adorable and very friendly. The buffet breakfast was my absolute favorite thing. The hotel is situated near the train and underground station, which is incredibly convenient. The architecture of the building is beautiful, and my room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The staff were always helpful and welcoming.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The staff were incredibly friendly and I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic buffet breakfast that offered a lot of choices. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the station and just a few steps away from the wonderful Coal Drops Yard. It was easy to get around the city, thanks to the nearby underground and regional railways.
