I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were brilliant - very attentive, friendly, and professional. They were always quick to respond to any queries I had, even before I checked in. The hotel itself was great, with fab facilities and a perfect location. It was within walking distance of popular tourist attractions such as the London Eye, Parliament, Thames River, and Westminster Abbey. The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the river Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast at Gilrays offered a good choice of hearty hot and cold options.

The location along the River Thames is unbeatable, with direct views of the London Eye and easy access to Westminster. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic gym and swimming pool. The staff, especially Graham the concierge, were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with iconic sites like the London Eye, Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey just a short walk away. Being on the vibrant South bank also made it easy to access the National Theatre, British Film Institute, and the Tate Modern. Plus, crossing Westminster Bridge to reach the Palace of Westminster was a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially Barry, the valet, and Anna, who provided exceptional service in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, and the portions were generous. This hotel truly provided a memorable stay.
